LanmarkOS — this notice covers people who run or are considering running a hotel or retail business on LanmarkOS (prospective and current tenants). If you are a guest of a business that uses LanmarkOS, that business is responsible for your information — see its own privacy notice, not this one. Last updated: August 21, 2026.

2.What We Collect
When you sign up or enquire: your name, email address, phone number, your business's name and city, business type, and the plan you choose. We send a one-time code to your email to confirm it is yours.
When you use the platform: your account details, and technical records including IP address, sign-in attempts, and actions taken, which we keep to secure the Service and investigate problems.
If you were referred by an agent: the referral code you signed up through, so the referring agent can be attributed and, where applicable, paid a commission.

4.Who Else Sees It
We use the following categories of subprocessor to deliver the Service:

5.Where It's Kept
Your information is stored on servers hosted by Contabo, with supporting services (email delivery, DNS/CDN) operating internationally. This means your information may be transferred outside Nigeria. Where it is, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers intended to ensure it continues to receive the level of protection required under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 ("NDPA").
6.How Long We Keep It
If you start but never complete signup, we keep your details for a limited period to let you resume, then delete them. Once you have an Account, we keep your information for as long as the Account is active, and afterwards as described in our Terms of Service §7 (Data on Cancellation).
7.Your Rights
Under the NDPA, you can ask us to:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we do not need to keep it by law
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive a copy in a portable format

8.Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use only what is necessary to keep you signed in and to carry you through the signup flow. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the platform's own sign-up pages.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the date of the current version. For material changes, we'll provide notice by email or in-app notice, consistent with §15 of our Terms of Service.
